6S Lean Management in Hospital Management to Reduce the Patient Complaint Rate Value
Objective To explore the 6S lean management in hospital management to improve the medical staff management satisfaction,reduce the patient complaint rate influence.Methods Dongguan Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine began to implement 6S lean management in patient complaint management in February 2023,and traditional management was implemented before implementation.Before the implementation(February to July 2022)and after the implementation(February to July 2023),20 medical staff and 500 patients were randomly selected as the research samples.Compared to before execution,execution after medical personnel management satisfaction,medical work quality score,incidence of adverse events related to management,patients were measured.Results After the implementation,the management satisfaction of medical staff was 100%,and the quality of medical work score was(90.17±3.47)points,which were higher than 80.00%and(86.32±3.63)points before the implementation(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events related to management after implementation was 0.60%,and the patient complaint rate was 0.20%in the control group,which were lower than 2.20%,1.60%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implement 6 s lean management in the hospital management can improve the satisfaction of medical staff management and medical work quality level,reduce the incidence of adverse events related to management and the patients were measured.
