Standardization of Image Examination and Management System Construction and Implementation
Based on the official implementation of the"Healthy China"strategy,in response to the specific requirements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council for the high-quality development of medical care for the people during the 14th Five Year Plan period,by optimizing the utilization efficiency of medical resources,reducing the burden of medical treatment,and ensuring medical quality and safety,the content includes standardization of imaging examinations.This study proposes constructive opinions and suggestions based on literature review and the current implementation status of image standardization in Jiangsu Province.Image examination standardization requires the support of administrative departments and medical institutions,as well as technical support from industry and equipment manufacturers.The administrative department in charge formulates and regularly updates image guidelines and specific implementation rules that are in line with China's national conditions,and strengthens the construction of image platform databases,establish an imaging examination management and evaluation system,and increase the coverage of imaging quality control.Medical institutions strengthen training and strictly implement assessment systems based on imaging examination guidelines and related systems,implement intelligent quality control and evaluation systems for imaging examinations and reports,establish independent imaging clinics or multi department joint clinics,and improve the scientific and accurate clinical diagnosis and treatment.Medical personnel should strengthen their learning and implementation of relevant examination guidelines and implementation rules,improve the level of standardized imaging examination based on multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment platforms,actively carry out the research and application of new imaging technologies,and improve the efficiency and accuracy of imaging examination and diagnosis.By formulating unified imaging guidelines and implementation rules that are in line with China's national conditions and times,implementing specific standardized measures and plans,and vigorously promoting the standardization of imaging examinations.
