Study on the Status Quo and Correlation Between Operating Room Nurses'Humanistic Care Ability and Nursing Practice Environment
Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation of operating room nurses'practice environment and humanistic care ability and their correlation.Methods From October to November 2021,a total of 262 nurses who had been engaged in operating room nursing for more than 1 year in 6 tertiary hospitals such as the Eighth People′s Hospital of Ji′nan,Ji′nan People′s Hospital and Shandong Provincial Hospital East District were selected as the subjects of investigation.The nurse practice environment assessment scale and the operating room nurses'humanistic care ability level questionnaire were adopted to take the survey and statistic analysis.Results The operating room nurses'practice environment score was(87.50±16.29)points,and the operating room nurses'humanistic care ability level survey score was(143.75±1.41)pionts.There was a positive correlation between nurses'practice environment and humanistic care ability of operating room nurses(P<0.05).Nurses'age,professional title,working years and practice environment had a positive predictive effect on the humanistic care ability of operating room nurses(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall level of operating room nurses'practice environment is acceptable.The level of humanistic care ability of operating room nurses is above the middle level.The nurse's practice environment is a factor affecting the humanistic care ability of operating room nurses.Nursing managers can further improve the operating room nurses'practice environment to enhance the humanistic care ability of nurses.
