In the main work of the affiliated hospital of medical university,it is one of the main contents to do a good job in the teaching and training of medical talents.In order to better improve the teaching quality,it is very important for the affiliated hospital of medical university to strengthen the teaching management.It is also necessary for the affiliated hospital of the medical school to fully realize the importance of building a teacher management team,and then combine the situation of the medical school to introduce more new management concepts and management methods to better ensure the quality of the teacher management team and the comprehensive quality of the staff of the teacher management team.Therefore,this paper first analyzes the problems existing in the construction of teacher management team in affiliated hospitals of medical colleges,then explores the significance of the construction of innovative teacher management team in affiliated hospitals of medical colleges,and finally explores the specific strategies for the construction of innovative teacher management team in affiliated hospitals of medical colleges for reference.
