The Effect of Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy in the Treatment of Upper Ureteral Stones Complicated With Infection
Objective To observe the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of upper ureteral stones complicated with infection.Methods The subjects of this study were 60 patients with upper ureteral stones complicated with infection who received treatment at Fuqing City Hospital of Fujian from January 2021 to May 2023.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group,using a random number table method.In this study,the experimental group was undergone minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy treatment,while the control group was undergone transurethral ureteroscopic lithotripsy.After the intervention,compared the total effective rate of treatment,incidence of complications,stone clearance rate and renal function level among the trial subjects.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The stone clearance rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of renal function,the experimental group had lower blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and lower serum creatinine(Scr)compared to the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment process of the experimental group,minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy intervention was given to patients with upper ureteral stones complicated with infection,and the effect after implementation was relatively good.After treatment intervention,the symptoms of the patients were significantly improved and the incidence of complications was relatively low.Their own stone clearance rate was also improved,and renal function was also improved,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
