Clinical Observation of Doxofylline Combined With Tiotropium Bromide in the Treatment of Patients With Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Objective To investigate the effect of doxofylline combined with tiotropium bromide in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods A total of 98 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who received treatment in the pulmonary disease department of Dongying Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to March 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with doxofylline, and the observation group was treated with doxofylline combined with tiotropium bromide to compare the efficacy and lung function. Results The total effective rate of observation group and control group were 95.9%and 75.5%respectively.The improvement of lung function indexes in observation group was better than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in control group and observation group was 6.1%and 4.1%,respectively,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).The levels of interleukin-10 and interleukin-17 were lower in the observation group than in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Doxofylline combined with tiotropium bromide can achieve satisfactory effects in the clinical treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients, which is worthy of recommendation.
