Analysis of the Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Willingness to Donate Blood Without Compensation Survey
Objective To explore the current situation and influencing factors of willingness to donate blood without compensation survey.Methods During the period from July 2022 to January 2023,a total of 300 individuals who had not participated in voluntary blood donation were randomly selected as the survey subjects,and their willingness to donate blood was investigated,and their influencing factors were identified.Results Among the 300 respondents,181 respondents were willing to participate in voluntary blood donation,accounting for 60.33%,and 119 respondents were unwilling,accounting for 39.66%.Single factor analysis showed that there was no significant difference in gender,age,and place of residence(P>0.05).The differences in education level,occupation,understanding of blood donation routes,familiarity with knowledge and policies on voluntary blood donation,empathy,and service quality of blood collection institutions were statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic multiple factor analysis showed that education level,occupation,service quality of blood collection institutions,familiarity with knowledge and policies on voluntary blood donation were independent risk factors affecting voluntary blood donation willingness(P<0.05).Conclusion The willingness to donate blood without compensation is influenced by many factors,and it is necessary to increase publicity efforts,improve the service quality of blood collection institutions,and enhance the motivation of blood donors to donate blood.
