Research Progress on Disinfectant Resistance of Hospital Multidrug-Resistant Bacteria and Disinfection and Isolation Strategies
Multidrug-resistant bacteria is becoming an important pathogen of nosocomial infection.The infection of multidrug-resistant bacteria not only brings pain and economic burden to patients,increases the workload and difficulty of clinical treatment,but also poses transmission and infection risk to medical staff and healthy people,causing adverse social impact.How to reduce the spread of multidrug-resistant bacteria and the risk of infection has become a major problem in hospital infection management.Several main measures are effective for prevention and control of multidrug-resistant bacteria,including antimicrobial drug management,cleaning and disinfection of environment,disinfection and sterilization of treatment items,and standardized diagnosis and treatment.This article reviews the new progress in research on resistance of multi-drug resistant bacteria to disinfectants in hospitals,and the prevention and control measures of disinfection and isolation,so as to provide reference for the formulation of prevention and control measures of disinfection and isolation of multi-drug resistant bacteria in hospitals.
