目的 探讨在消毒供应中心院感预防的过程中实施鱼骨图分析模式的效果。方法 选择 2022 年 1 月—2023 年 1 月在合肥市第二人民医院消毒供应中心工作人员 40 名为研究对象,按照随机数表法将工作人员分为对照组(n= 20)与观察组(n= 20)。对照组实施常规管理措施,观察组实施基于鱼骨图分析模式的改进措施。对 2 组医院感染发生率、医疗器械消毒合格率、工作人员专业能力进行统计比较。结果 观察组医院感染发生率为 0,对照组医院感染发生率为 30。00%,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0。05)。观察组在实施鱼骨图分析模式的改进措施后,其医疗器械消毒合格率为 99。33%(298/300),高于对照组的 96。67%(290/300),差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。观察组工作人员实施鱼骨图分析模式的改进措施后其各项指标得分均较对照组显著要高(P<0。05)。结论 消毒供应中心质量控制及院感预防中实施基于鱼骨图分析模式的改进措施,价值较高,同时有助于提高工作人员专业能力。
The Value of Improving Measures for Fish Bone Graph Analysis Mode in Preventing Hospital Infection in Disinfection Supply Centers
Objective To explore the effect of implementing the fishbone diagram analysis model in the process of hospital-acquired infectious disease prevention in the disinfection supply.Methods A total of 40 staff members who worked at the disinfection supply center of the Second People's Hospital of Hefei from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the reference group(n=20)and the observation group(n=20)using a random number table method.The reference group implemented routine management measures,while the observation group implemented improvement measures based on fishbone chart analysis mode.The incidence of hospital infection,qualified rate of medical device disinfection,and professional ability of staff were statistically compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of hospital infection in the observation group was 0.00%,while in the control group it was 30.00%.The incidence of hospital infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After implementing the improvement measures of the fishbone diagram analysis mode,the qualified disinfection rate of medical devices in the observation group was 99.33%(298/300),which was significantly higher than 96.67%(290/300)in the control group(P<0.05).After the implementation of the improvement measures of the fishbone diagram analysis model by the staff of the observation group,their scores on all indicators were significantly higher than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference in comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of improvement measures based on the fishbone diagram analysis model in the quality control of disinfection supply centers and the prevention of hospital-acquired infections is of high value,and helps to improve the professional competence of the staff,which is worthy of further reference and promotion.
