Research and Practice on the DevOps Standardization for the Smart Hospital of Stomatology
Objective In practice,the smart hospital of stomatology is specialized and refined,small and complete,intelligent and beautiful.And the traditional DevOps mode has been difficult to effectively support the development of the smart stomatological hospital.The DevOps mode needs to be changed,and to achieve the transformation from the extensive mode to the standardized and refined mode,from the passive mode to the positive and intelligent mode.Methods Starting from the actual research needs,the integration of the current universal support conditions,first design a new DevOps element set,and then combined with ISO20000 information technology service management international standards and PDCA quality management methods,IT operation and maintenance content is divided into multiple DevOps domains,and respectively establish standardized quality management processes.Results Designs a standard DevOps system suitable for the smart hospital of stomatology.First constructs a"six-in-one"DevOps system composed of elements such as system,team,resources,knowledge,system,and culture.Then establishes suitable PDCA quality management closed-loop systems for each DevOps domain.At last constructs an intelligent operation and maintenance platform development path.Conclusion The new DevOps system was put into practice in a provincial stomatological hospital,which realized the double improvement of DevOps quality and efficiency,and effectively released the value and efficiency of intelligent DevOps.The ideas and methods of this DevOps system can provide reference for the transformation and upgrading of the DevOps mode for the specialized hospitals.
