Objective To explore the operation management and performance evaluation effect of tertiary Chinese medicine hospitals.Methods A total of 20 nurses in the emergency department of Ji'nan Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the control group,and 22 nurses in the emergency department of Ji'nan Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital who conducted joint performance assessment of hospital operation and management from January to December 2021 were selected as the study group.The clinical nursing quality,satisfaction degree and complaint rate of emergency department nurses were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of nursing documents,nursing safety,first aid drugs,aseptic technique and disinfection and isolation in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group was 95.5%,higher than 65.0%of the control group(P<0.05).The complaint rate of nursing staff in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The joint performance appraisal method of hospital operation and management is used in tertiary Chinese medicine hospitals,which has good management effect.
