Application Effect of Laparoscopy in Urological Surgery Treatment
[Abstrac]Objective To analyze the application effect of laparoscopic assistance in urological surgical treatment.Methods A total of 90 patients undergoing urological surgery admitted to Fuzhou First General Hospital from January to December 2022 were divided into observation group and control group by random method(touch ball method),with 45 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with laparoscopic assisted urological surgery,while the control group was treated with conventional urological surgery.The surgical indicators(surgical time and hospital stay,intraoperative bleeding volume),postoperative complications(abdominal infection,subcutaneous emphysema,incision infection),visual analogue scale(VAS)and the improved Barthel index were compared.Results The surgical time and hospital stay were shorter than that of control group,and the intraoperative bleeding volume of observation group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in VAS score and Barthel index between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the Barthel index score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 6.67%,lower than 22.22%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic assisted treatment in urological surgery can significantly improve the effectiveness of surgical treatment,reduce bleeding,reduce postoperative complications,and alleviate pain.Compared with conventional urological surgery,it is more helpful in promoting postoperative recovery,shortening hospitalization time,and improving postoperative quality of life.
