佛山地区固定献血屋与流动献血车献血工作成效分析

目的 分析固定献血屋与流动献血车在佛山地区无偿献血工作中的成效。方法 随机抽选佛山市街头流动献血车与献血屋各 4 个，对其 2022 年 8 月—2023 年 8 月各类调查数据进行分析。结果 固定献血屋单点日均采血量为(59。63±5。54)U，固定献血者比例为(22。45±1。31)%，均高于流动献血车的(50。17±5。13)U、(18。03±1。25)%(P＜0。05);献血不良反应发生率为(0。21±0。05)%，低于流动献血车的(0。95±0。12)%(P＜0。05);工作人员对固定献血屋总满意度为 100%，高于流动献血车的 85。71%(P＜0。05);献血者对固定献血屋总满意度为97。88%，高于流动献血车的 89。64%(P＜0。05)。结论 佛山地区无偿献血工作中固定献血屋与流动献血车相比单点日均采血量与固定献血者比例均更高，且工作人员与献血者满意度也更高，因此日后需要对献血屋和献血车进行改进，提高固定献血率。
Analysis of the Effectiveness of Voluntary Blood Donation in Fixed Blood Donation House and Mobile Blood Donation Vehicle in Foshan Area
Objective To analyze the effect of fixed blood donation house and mobile blood donation vehicle in voluntary blood donation in Foshan.Methods Four street mobile blood donation vehicle and fixed blood donation houses in Foshan city were randomly selected,collecting various survey data from August 2022 to August 2023.Results The single-point daily blood collection volume of fixed blood donation house was(59.63±5.54)U,and the fixed blood donor ratios was(22.45±1.31)%,which were higher than that of mobile blood donation vehicle of(50.17±5.13)U and(18.03±1.25)%(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was(0.21±0.05)%,which was lower than that of mobile blood donation vehicle of(0.95±0.12)%(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the staff to the fixed blood donation house was 100%,higher than that of the mobile blood donation vehicle of 85.71%(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of blood donors to fixed blood donation house was 97.88%,which was higher than 89.64%of mobile blood donation vehicle(P<0.05).Conclusion In Foshan area,compared with mobile blood donation vehicle,single-point daily blood collection volume and fixed blood donor ratios of fixed blood donation house were higher in the unpaid blood donation work,and the satisfaction rate of staff and blood donors is also higher,so it is necessary to improve the blood donation house and blood donation vehicle in the future to improve the fixed blood donation rate.
