Objective To analyze the effect of fixed blood donation house and mobile blood donation vehicle in voluntary blood donation in Foshan.Methods Four street mobile blood donation vehicle and fixed blood donation houses in Foshan city were randomly selected,collecting various survey data from August 2022 to August 2023.Results The single-point daily blood collection volume of fixed blood donation house was(59.63±5.54)U,and the fixed blood donor ratios was(22.45±1.31)%,which were higher than that of mobile blood donation vehicle of(50.17±5.13)U and(18.03±1.25)%(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was(0.21±0.05)%,which was lower than that of mobile blood donation vehicle of(0.95±0.12)%(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the staff to the fixed blood donation house was 100%,higher than that of the mobile blood donation vehicle of 85.71%(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of blood donors to fixed blood donation house was 97.88%,which was higher than 89.64%of mobile blood donation vehicle(P<0.05).Conclusion In Foshan area,compared with mobile blood donation vehicle,single-point daily blood collection volume and fixed blood donor ratios of fixed blood donation house were higher in the unpaid blood donation work,and the satisfaction rate of staff and blood donors is also higher,so it is necessary to improve the blood donation house and blood donation vehicle in the future to improve the fixed blood donation rate.
