Application of Day Ward Nursing Mode in Patients With Benign Breast Tumors Undergoing Vacuum-Assisted Gyrotomy
Objective To investigate the application effect of day ward nursing mode in patients with benign breast tumors undergoing vacuum-assisted gyrotomy.Methods A total of 186 patients with benign breast tumors undergoing vacuum-assisted gyrotomy admitted to the department of breast surgery,Zhongda Hospital,Southeast University from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the study objects.According to different nursing modes,the patients were divided into control group of 90 cases and observation group of 96 cases.The control group was given routine inpatient nursing mode,and the observation group was given day ward nursing mode.The hospitalization time,medical expenses,postoperative adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the medical expenses was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction score was higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 2.08%,lower than that in control group(10.00%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing mode of day ward is applied to patients with benign breast tumors undergoing vacuum-assisted gyrotomy,and the curative effect is significant.
