Objective To investigate the use of risk assessment tools for stress injury in ICU patients.Methods From May 8 to 21,2023,a self-designed questionnaire was conducted to investigate the use of stress injury risk assessment tools among 270 nursing personnel in comprehensive ICU and specialized ICU in 9 tertiary clinical teaching hospitals.Results Waterlow assessment form was used in 1 hospital to assess the risk of stress injury in ICU,and Braden assessment form was used in other 8 hospitals.The nurses believe that there are some problems such as similar risk degree of assessment results and lack of pertinence of assessment contents in the current assessment tools.Conclusion The current risk assessment table for ICU patients with stress injury is not specific,and there is no simple,reliable and valid specialized risk assessment tool for stress injury.
