New Progress in Research on Nursing Culture Construction and Humanistic Nursing Education
The construction of nursing culture is an important content of nursing management and an effective way to improve the competitiveness and service quality of hospitals.Nursing human resources are an important component of medical institutions,as well as a key factor in ensuring patient safety and improving nursing quality.Nursing culture construction is a new type of humanistic management concept,which affirms human subjective initiative and uses cultural guidance as a means to stimulate nurses'conscious actions.By elaborating on the current definition of nursing culture in China,a detailed analysis is conducted on the characteristic concepts of nursing culture.The construction of nursing culture is discussed from five aspects,the concept and connotation of nursing culture,the beginning and process,hot issues,comparison of the current development status of nursing culture at home and abroad,conclusions and prospects.Integrating nursing culture into nursing management,advocating humanized services,and achieving consensus among all staff,guide and stimulate the work enthusiasm and creativity of nurses,establish a common concept of patient centeredness,establish a harmonious and comfortable nursing culture atmosphere,improve the quality of nursing services,and enhance the core competitiveness of nursing.
