Progress in the Application of Esketamine in Anti-Negative Emotion During Perioperative Period
During the perioperative period,patients may experience negative emotions such as anxiety and depression due to concerns about pain and prognosis,which can have a negative impact on the surgical outcome and postoperative recovery to a certain extent.Therefore,it is necessary to do a good job in patient pain relief and negative emotional intervention during surgery,in order to improve the patient's experience and satisfaction,which puts higher demands on anesthesiologists who actively participate in clinical treatment.Esketamine is a new type of sedative and analgesic drug with good and stable anesthetic efficacy,fast onset,reducing pain hypersensitivity,inhibiting central sensitization,preventing pain,and high safety.It has a positive effect on improving negative emotions such as clinical anxiety and depression in patients during the perioperative period.This article analyzed and summarized the effect of esketamine on negative emotions in recent years,and provided the basis for clinical rational drug use.
