The Role of Public Health Management in Infectious Disease Prevention and Its Impact on Prevention Capacity
Objective To analyze the role of public health management in infectious disease prevention and its impact on prevention capabilities.Methods The study was conducted from July 2022 to July 2023,with 40 medical staff members at the Fuqing Center for Disease Control and Prevention.These 20 medical staff members were grouped according to the distribution method of single and double numbers.Among them,20 medical staff members with single numbers were assigned to the conventional group,which underwent routine prevention and management interventions.Additionally,20 medical staff members with double numbers were assigned to the study group,This group conducted public health prevention and management interventions on the basis of the conventional group,and analyzed the preventive ability scores,emergency ability scores,health education scores,operational skill scores,psychological nursing ability scores,and cooperation scores of the two groups of medical personnel.Results The results of the evaluation of the preventive ability and emergency ability scores of medical staff showed that the study group had higher scores(9.31±0.22)points points and(9.41±0.25)points than the conventional group(6.21±0.23)points and(6.42±0.24)points,respectively(P<0.05).The results of evaluating the health education score,operational skill score,psychological nursing ability score,and cooperation score of medical staff showed that the study group's various scores of(9.42±0.26)points,(9.36±0.22)points,(9.21±0.13)points,and(9.32±0.27)points were higher than those of the conventional group(7.39±0.25)points,(8.35±0.18)points,(7.12±1.14)points,and(8.34±0.25)points(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of public health management intervention in the prevention of infectious diseases can effectively improve the prevention ability,operational skills,and emergency response ability of medical staff,prevent the incidence of infectious diseases,and the application effect is very significant.
