In the new era,the importance of safety production in various industries is becoming increasingly prominent.As hospitals that protect people's lives and health,safety production is particularly important.Some hospitals still have problems and difficulties in this work.The Eight Elements of Safety Production Method is a fundamental,global,and long-term safety management method.Using this method to sort out and rectify hospital safety production can improve hospital management system and achieve significant results.The eight elements method systematically elaborates on how hospitals establish a safety production management system:objectives and responsibilities,institutionalized management,educational records,on-site management,safety risk control and hidden danger investigation and governance,emergency management,accident management and continuous improvement.By implementing each element in an orderly,systematic,and complete manner,the entire safety production cycle management is achieved,and the safety management level is continuously improved to achieve the inherent safety of hospital production activities.
