The article is based on factors such as the environment,incident process,situational outcomes,and conflict conditions of medical material supply conflicts in public hospitals under sudden public health emergencies.Relevant theories of conflict management are applied to explore the constituent elements and outcomes of conflicts,general methods of personnel management in conflicts,and conflict resolution approaches.In the research,it is not difficult to find that the applicability of mandatory management style is slightly insufficient in dealing with the complexity of the comprehensive supply of medical materials.Knowledge workers,under the joint negative reinforcement of health and incentive factors,make personnel management more like walking on thin ice.Collaborative conflict management can effectively solve conflict dilemmas.Various types of conflicts in organizations are inevitable,and their occurrence is closely related to factors such as leadership management style,consistency of organizational goals,motivation level of team members,and maintenance and promotion of interpersonal relationships.It is crucial to pay attention to conflict management methods and constructively solve them through alternative solutions.
