The governance of medical corruption in public hospitals is of great significance for promoting the reform of public hospitals,accelerating the high-quality development process of public hospitals,and achieving the goal of a healthy China.Based on the quantitative analysis of cases,this study analyzes the current situation of corruption in public hospitals by combining the data of medical corruption cases on China judgment document website and specific work practices,and deeply analyzes the dilemma of medical corruption governance.For example,medical corruption is highly concealed and extremely difficult to investigate;The conflict of interest leads to frequent moral hazard in agent activities of"economic man".The internal supervision and restriction mechanism of public hospitals is not strong enough.On this basis,put forward innovative anti-corruption means of public hospitals,strengthen the depth of anti-corruption.Optimize the performance pay distribution system and strengthen self-restraint.Improve the internal control and supervision mechanism of public hospitals,and solidly promote the construction of punishment and prevention system.
