With the deepening of medical and health system reform and the requirement of establishing modern hospital management system,the construction and development of public hospitals have gradually changed from scale expansion to pursuit of connotation quality.Discipline construction and personnel training are the top priority of public hospitals,an important starting point for promoting the high-quality development of hospitals,and can directly enhance the core competitiveness and regional influence of hospitals.In recent years,a prefecture-level public hospital has actively promoted the construction of disciplines and talents,and has done a lot of exploratory work in discipline ranking system,"three-standard"long-term quality control model,closed-loop management of the whole process of medical technology,target management of department directors,introduction of external academic leaders,training of young and middle-aged outstanding backbone talents,etc.,and achieved remarkable results.The implementation of these innovative measures enables hospitals to continuously improve the level of discipline management and sustain high-quality development.
