In recent years,most of the large third class hospitals in China show the trend of multi-hospital development.How to realize the homogenization of"one hospital and multiple districts"development has become an urgent problem to be solved.According to the development status and diagnosis and treatment characteristics of multi-hospital district,the difficulties in the management of"one hospital and multiple districts"outpatient homogenization were discussed from the aspects of management mode,medical quality,service mode,cultural construction,human resource deployment,information construction,etc.,and corresponding countermeasures were proposed,which helped to improve the management efficiency of hospital outpatient homogenization and provide strong support for the construction of unified management mode and index system of multi-hospital outpatient.It also provides a strong guarantee for the high-quality development of various hospitals,and provides theoretical guidance for the homogenization of outpatient management of"one hospital and multiple districts"in other large hospitals,by establishing a modern outpatient diagnosis and treatment mode,alleviating the pressure of outpatient treatment in the main hospital area,enhancing patients'medical efficiency and experience,improving patients'sense of obtaining medical treatment.
