The Role of Carrying Out In-Depth Service Projects From Functional Departments to the Frontline of Clinical Medical Technology
The primary objective of this study was to elaborate on the role of functional departments in hospitals.These departments are not only responsible for managing various functions of the hospital but also providing quality services to clinical and medical technology departments.Administrative work plays an important role in the operation of the whole hospital.This study aimed to accurately understand and coordinate opinions and suggestions raised by first-line clinical and medical technology departments,enhance the service gateway of functional departments,all clinical and medical technology opinions were collected under each functional department,and targeted countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.A total of 1 189 demands were collected from first-line clinical and medical technology departments,and problems encountered in their work were addressed according to the functional departments involved.The various functional departments formed a joint force,in view of the clinical,medical and technical department problems,to improve the service attitude and strengthen the service function.This has ultimately promoted the implementation and promotion of various hospital work and increased hospital satisfaction.This study highlights the importance of effective coordination and communication between functional departments and first-line clinical and medical technology departments to ensure the provision of quality healthcare services.
