Preparation Method and Clinical Observation of Laxative Patch Prescription Before and After Improvement
Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of improvement in Miyun District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Beijing self-made laxative patch prescription before and after.Methods This study adopts a retrospective case study design,selecting a total of 49 cases who used toilet patches from April 2020 to March 2021 as the control group;from April 2021 to March 2022,a total of 45 cases using No.1 toilet patch were selected as the study subjects,and set as the observation group.The treatment effect and incidence of adverse reactions were statistically analyzed and compared.Results Before and after treatment,a comparison of the primary symptoms scores of the two groups with constipation showed no significant statistical difference(P>0.05).The total effectiveness rate of the observation group was 95.6%,which was higher than the 91.8%of the control group,yet this difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.2%,which was lower than the 18.4%of the control group,and this difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved laxative No.1 prescription and the original laxative patch prescription have reduced the incidence of adverse reactions,increased medication safety,and improved the comprehensive benefits of constipation treatment without reducing the efficacy.
