全寿命周期模式下支气管镜清洗的集中化管理及效果评价

目的 探讨全寿命周期模式下采用集中化管理在支气管镜清洗中的应用效果。方法 以 2022 年 11 月消毒供应中心实施全寿命周期模式下集中化管理干预为分界线,将 2022 年 5-10 月实施常规清洗方式的 62 套支气管镜纳为常规组,将 2022年 11 月—2023 年 5 月实施集中化清洗管理的 62 套支气管镜纳为干预组。观察 2 组支气管镜清洁合格率(采用目测法、残留血隐血试验检测清洁程度)及蛋白残留合格率,比较清洗前后 2 组消毒质量[采用ATP生物荧光检测法检测残留细菌相对光单位(relative light unit,RLU)值,微生物培养法检测细菌菌落总数]。结果 干预组目测评价合格率为 95。16%,高于常规组的 83。87%(P<0。05)。干预组残留血隐血试验合格率为 90。32%,高于常规组的 75。81%(P<0。05)。干预组蛋白残留合格率为77。42%,高于对照组的59。68%(P<0。05)。清洗后,2 组RLU值、菌落总数均显著降低(P<0。05),且干预组低于常规组(P<0。05)。结论 由消毒供应中心在全寿命周期模式下开展集中化管理,有效保障在支气管镜清洗、消毒、干燥储存和维护全寿命周期中的应用效果,改善蛋白残留,消毒灭菌效果显著,有效保障医疗安全。
Centralized Management and Effectiveness Evaluation of Bronchoscopy Cleaning in Full Lifecycle Mode
Objective To explore the application effect of centralized management in improving the quality of bronchoscopy cleaning under the full life cycle mode.Methods The method taked centralized management intervention under the full life cycle mode implemented by the disinfection supply center on November 2022 as the dividing line.A total of 62 sets of bronchoscopes that underwent routine cleaning methods from May to October 2022 were included in the routine group,and 62 sets of bronchoscopes that underwent centralized cleaning management from November 2022 to March 2023 were included in the intervention group.The qualified rate of bronchoscopy cleaning in two groups(using visual inspection and residual blood occult blood test to detect the degree of cleanliness)and the qualified rate of protein residue,and compare the disinfection quality of the two groups before and after cleaning[using ATP biofluorescence detection to detect residual bacterial relative light unit(RLU)value,and microbial culture method to detect the total number of bacterial colonies]were observed.Results The qualified rate of visual evaluation in the intervention group was 95.16%,which was higher than 83.87%in the conventional group(P<0.05).The qualified rate of residual blood occult blood test in the intervention group was 90.32%,which was higher than 75.81%in the conventional group(P<0.05).The qualified rate of residual intervention histone was 77.42%,higher than the 59.68%of the conventional group(P<0.05).After cleaning,the RLU value and total bacterial count in both groups significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the intervention group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Centralized management is carried out by the disinfection supply center in the full life cycle mode,effectively ensuring the application effect in bronchoscopy cleaning,disinfection,dry storage,and maintenance throughout the entire life cycle,improving protein residue,achieving significant disinfection and sterilization effects,and effectively ensuring medical safety.
