Discussion on the Application Value of Phased Service Concept in Clinical Nursing of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease
Objective To explore the application of phased service concept in clinical nursing of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 88 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected of Women and Children's Hospital,School of Medicine,Xiamen University,from January 2021 to December 2022.They were divided into two groups of 44 patients according to different nursing methods.The control group received routine care,while the study group received phased service concept care.The time of symptom relief,disease knowledge and cognitive score,psychological and emotional score,nursing compliance,incidence of complications,and nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,menstrual disorders,increased leucorrhea,lumbar and abdominal pain relief time were shorter in the study group(P<0.05).Compared with before nursing,the scores of disease knowledge and cognition of patients in both groups after nursing were improved,and the scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)were decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the cognitive scores of disease knowledge in the research group after nursing were higher,and the scores of SDS and SAS were lower(P<0.05).The nursing compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of septicemia,ileus and peritonitis in the study group(4.5%)was lower than that in the control group(22.7%)(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the study group(95.5%)was higher than that of the control group(75.0%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease by using the concept of phased service nursing,patients'clinical symptoms can be relieved more quickly,adverse psychological emotions can be further alleviated,the cognition of the disease has been improved,the incidence of complications has been significantly reduced,nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction were significantly improved,which had ideal application value,worthy of clinical promotion.
