Archives management plays a significant role in the development of standardized residency training and serves as a source of material references for national accreditation and assessment to the standardized residency training base.These archives reflect the development status quo of said training,and eventually evolved into a crucial jigsaw piece in the inheritance of medical education throughout the history,making them invaluable witnesses of the achievements and progress made by the medical education reform.Going forward,standardizing the archiving process for the standardized residency training can also effectively facilitate the development and utilization of medical education records.Therefore,it is imperative to"catalyze construction through assessment",i.e.,capitalizing on the favorable"tailwind"of base assessments to perfect the archives management mechanism for standardized residency training,reflect on the issues in medical education management through continuous evaluation,improve the total quality management of archives and elevate the training quality and base management standards of training bases,so as to ultimately contribute to the advancement of the cause that is the standardized residency training.
