Analysis and Management of Infectious Diseases Report in a Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine From 2019 to 2021
Objective To analyze the statutory and other key monitoring infectious disease reports in a hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,and to provide reference for standardizing hospital infectious disease reports and formulating management strategies.Methods Descriptive analysis was made on the data of infectious diseases reported in a hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from 2019 to 2021.Results From 2019 to 2021,a total of 6 865 cases of statutory and other key monitoring infectious diseases were reported in a hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,and no class A infectious diseases were reported,including 668 cases of class B infectious diseases(9.73%),5 356 cases of class C infectious diseases(78.02%),and 841 cases of other key monitoring infectious diseases(12.25%).The top five infectious diseases were influenza,chickenpox,syphilis,other infectious diarrheal diseases and tuberculosis,among which influenza reported the most cases,and the first quarter ranked first in the number of reported infectious diseases per year.From 2019 to 2021,the number of reported cases of notifiable and other key surveillance infectious diseases in the hospital showed a decreasing trend.Conclusion The report of statutory and other key monitoring infectious diseases in a hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from 2019 to 2021 is mainly respiratory infectious diseases,and targeted infectious disease monitoring,prevention and control strategies should be adopted according to different seasons and epidemic trends.
