Practice and Thinking of Implementing Department Target Responsibility System Management in Public Hospitals
Public hospitals are the foundation of China's medical service system,and the reform of public hospitals has always been an important part of deepening the reform of the health system.Strengthening the operation and management of public hospitals is an important part of it.In order to strengthen the operation and management of public hospitals and achieve these strategic development goals,it is necessary to strengthen internal performance evaluation,use the goal management responsibility system as the starting point,and establish an internal comprehensive performance evaluation index system.This article starts with the practice of target responsibility management in a public hospital,summarizes the implementation process,indicator system construction principles,achievements,and proposes suggestions for further improving target responsibility management.It provides scientific evidence for performance evaluation and operation management in public hospitals.
