China has always attached great importance to the construction of hospital ethics,and hospital level assessment is a key point to promote the high-quality development of hospitals.By studying the evaluation standards of tertiary hospitals,comparing them with the requirements for hospital ethics construction,and analyzing the concept of"patient-centered",this study has found there are several issues in the construction of hospital ethics,including medical corruption,insurance fraud,academic misconduct,data distortion,superficial professional ethics education,ineffective combination of hospital culture and ethics construction,and deficiencies in the organizational and institutional system.This study puts forward suggestions for the construction of hospital ethics,which hospitals should strengthen institutional and cultural development,standardize medical behaviors,improve medical quality,build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,and ensure the implementation of regulations through every process of medical services.
