The promotion and continuous improvement of medical quality is the core of hospital management and the foundation of hospital sustainable development.Giving full play to the demonstration effect of large public hospitals and promoting the homogenization of medical management are of great significance to improving the medical quality of grassroots health and medical institutions.This paper expounds the necessity of promoting the homogenization of medical quality management in the medical union,the shortage of medical quality management in domestic primary health care institutions,and the innovation and practice of promoting the homogenization of medical quality management in a large public hospital.It includes the establishment of medical management specialist alliance,the construction of basic medical quality evaluation system and promotion in the medical union,the improvement of grassroots health and medical institutions'attention to medical quality management,and the strengthening of medical quality homogenization management and assessment,so as to provide references for promoting the domestic medical quality homogenization management.
