Practice of Quantification Evaluation for the Senior Professional Title Promotion of Physicians in a Third-Level General Hospital
Objective In order to give full play to the role of"baton",a multi-dimensional quantification evaluation index system for senior professional title promotion of physicians will be established with the hospital's strategic goals as the core.Methods In this study,from January 2021 to June 2022,Delphi expert consultation method was used to score and screen the importance of indicators,and the importance ranking method was used to calculate the weight of indicators.The empirical research method was used to evaluate the index system and calculate the scores of the physicians with senior professional titles promoted in a third-level general hospital in Shanghai.Those who passed the promotion and those who failed were divided into two groups,and the difference between the mean values of the two groups was compared.Results Index system for senior professional title promotion of physicians was constructed,including 5 first-level indicators,31 second-level indicators,and 99 third-level indicators.The results of simulation evaluation showed that the average score of physicians promoted was(8.54±0.15)points,and the average score of physicians who failed was(8.22±0.29)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The index system is reasonable and effective.It was not only consistent with the reform goals of the new situation and the strategic goals of the hospital,but also had great significance for the promotion of physicians and the development of the hospital.
