The Influence of Selecting a Personnel Management Plan for Nurturing and Retention on the Management Effect of Medical Staff
Objective To analyze the influence of selecting a personnel management plan for nurturing and retention on the management effect of medical staff.Methods A total of 40 medical and nursing personnel who were employed at the Shenzhen Longhua District Chronic Disease Prevention and Control Center from January to December 2022 were selected.They were divided into groups before and after the implementation of the selected personnel management plan.Twenty medical and nursing personnel who did not implement the selected personnel management plan from January to June 2022 were used as the control group,and twenty medical and nursing personnel who implemented the selected personnel management plan from July to December 2022 were used as the observation group.For the Maslach burnout inventory general survey(MBI-GS),intent to leave scale(ILS)and Chinese perceived stress scale(CPSS)were compared.Results The MBI-GS score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).ILS score and CPSS score in the observation group were(5.69±0.33)points and(12.34±1.86)points,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group(8.97±0.87)points and(16.10±2.03)points(P<0.05).Conclusion Selecting a personnel management plan for nurturing and retaining medical staff can help eliminate their sense of job burnout and turnover intention,and reduce their level of perceived stress.
