Reflection on Hospital Human Resource Recruitment Management From the Perspective of New Medical Reform
Under the background of the continuous deepening and promotion of the new medical reform,China's medical and health undertakings have obtained remarkable results,the overall level of medical service has made obvious progress in comparison with the past,including human resource recruitment also changed under the influence of the new medical reform,recruitment management concept,demand structure and channels are different from the past.However,from the perspective of the current new medical reform,there are still some problems in the recruitment management of hospital human resources,including the concept of recruitment management,demand analysis,channels and the ability of recruiters,which have room for improvement.Therefore,the human resource management of hospitals should be based on the practice of the new medical reform,update the concept,strengthen the recruitment demand analysis,expand the channels,and strengthen the personnel support and guarantee,so as to comprehensively promote the strengthening of the human resource recruitment management level of hospitals under the trend of the continuous deepening of the new medical reform.
