The construction of party conduct and clean governance within hospitals is regarded as an important factor affecting the overall atmosphere of public hospitals.For current public hospitals,although the disciplinary inspection and supervision work implemented has achieved excellent results and fully confirmed the important significance,value,and promoting role of this work for public hospitals,in terms of the specific implementation process and final performance,objectively,there are still some shortcomings in the disciplinary inspection and supervision work of public hospitals,leading to the failure to maximize its effectiveness.Therefore,this article analyzes the importance of disciplinary inspection and supervision work in public hospital management,points out the current situation of disciplinary inspection and supervision work in public hospitals,and based on this,explores the scientific path to strengthen the quality of disciplinary inspection and supervision work in public hospitals,hoping to provide theoretical reference and strategic support for the development of disciplinary inspection and supervision work in public hospitals.
