Research on Problems and Countermeasures of Human Resource Management of Tertiary Comprehensive Public Hospitals
This article is based on the current situation of human resource management in hospitals,by observing and sorting out the shortcomings,and proposing targeted improvement suggestions,in order to explore specific countermeasures for the problems in human resource management in tertiary comprehensive public hospitals.At present,there are shortcomings in hospital human resource management,such as rough human resource planning models,lack of healthy competition for employee promotion,and neglect of employee relationship management,which urgently need to be addressed.The adoption of comprehensive and scientific human resource planning methods,the implementation of"full lifecycle"management for employee promotion,and the implementation of standard operations for maintaining and promoting employee relationships are of positive significance in solving the problems existing in the current human resource management process.Only by paying close attention to different periods of human resources management and maximizing the overall effectiveness of human resources can we promote hospital operations and high-quality development.
