According to the Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Establishing a Modern Hospital Management System(Guo Ban Fa[2017]No.67),efforts are made to promote the standardization,meticulousness,and scientificity of the management work of different levels and categories of public hospitals,in order to meet the increasing demand of social development for hospital management methods and achieve the modernization of the medical management system.Medical management work is a key component of hospital medical management and also the core of hospital comprehensive management,directly related to medical safety and quality,and plays a crucial role in the overall operation of the hospital.This article mainly discusses the problems in medical management and innovative measures to efficiently and qualitatively improve management level under policy requirements.It is hoped that the discussion in this article can provide reference for assisting the high-quality development of hospitals.
