Research on the Connection Between Nursing Home and Children's Welfare Home Based on Complementary Emotional Needs
With the acceleration of population aging in China,the issue of elderly care and the mental health of the elderly are increasingly receiving social attention.As an important component of providing elderly care services,nursing homes should pay more attention to the mental health and emotional needs of elderly people in nursing homes.At the same time,the healthy growth of children in welfare homes is also receiving more attention with the development of China's social welfare industry.As a special group of"one big and one small"in social welfare institutions,elderly people in nursing homes and children in welfare homes share common emotional needs to a certain extent.This article analyzes the emotional needs of elderly people in nursing homes and orphans in children's welfare homes.In the future,the connection between the nursing home and the children's welfare home(hereinafter referred to as the"two houses")can meet the emotional needs of both sides,and then provide a reference for solving the current mental health problems of the members of the"two houses".
