目的 探讨早期采用高压氧治疗与康复治疗相结合对高血压脑出血患者的神经功能和预后的影响。方法 选取 2021 年12 月—2023 年 1 月在济南市莱芜人民医院神经外科接受治疗的 80 例高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象。根据治疗方法不同分为 2 组，对照组(进行早期康复治疗)和观察组(进行早期康复治疗+早期高压氧治疗)各 40 例。比较 2 组的治疗效果。结果 治疗后，观察组的美国国立卫生研究院神经缺损功能量表(National Institute of Health stroke scale，NIHSS)评分低于对照组(P＜0。05);观察组的蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Montreal cognitive assessment，MoCA)、上肢运动功能评定量表(upper limb Fugl-Meyer assessment，UL-FMA)、下肢运动功能评定量表(Fugl-Meyer scale lower limb part，FMA-L)、脑卒中专用生活质量量表(stroke-specific quality of life scale，SS-QOL)评分高于对照组(P＜0。05);观察组的脑血流动力参数水平高于对照组(P＜0。05);观察组的预后良好率为 95。00%，高于对照组的 65。00%(P＜0。05)。结论 在高血压脑出血患者中，早期采用高压氧和康复训练的联合治疗方法效果显著，能够有效提升患者的神经功能，预后情况也十分理想。
Effects of Early Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Combined With Rehabilitation on Neurological Function and Prognosis in Patients With Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage
Objective To investigate the effects of early hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with rehabilitation on neurological function and prognosis in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 80 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage who received treatment in the department of neurosurgery,Laiwu People's Hospital of Ji'nan City from December 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,namely the control group(early rehabilitation treatment)and the observation group(early rehabilitation treatment combined with early hyperbaric oxygen therapy)with 40 cases each.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA),upper limb Fugl-Meyer assessment(UL-FMA),Fugl-Meyer scale lower limb part(FMA-L),stroke-specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The level of cerebral hemodynamic parameters in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The prognosis rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 65.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,the combination of hyperbaric oxygen and rehabilitation training in the early stage has a significant effect and can effectively improve the neurological function of patients,the prognosis is also very good.
