The Effect of Dexmedetomidine on Hemodynamics and Postoperative Recovery in Patients Undergoing Gastrointestinal Surgery
Objective To Explore the effects of dexmedetomidine(Dex)on hemodynamics and recovery during recovery in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery under general anesthesia, providing reference for clinical application. Methods A total of 61 patients who underwent gastrointestinal surgery in Meizhou People's Hospital from January 2022 to May 2023 were included in the observation, and were divided into study group and control group by random number method, with 30 cases and 31 cases, respectively. All patients underwent general anesthesia, the control group was given saline infusion after anesthesia induction, and the study group was given Dex pump. The hemodynamic changes of different nodes during the operation were compared, and the postoperative recovery time, extubation time and orientation recovery time were analyzed. The restlessness of 15 and 30 min after the operation was assessed by Ramsay sedation score. Results In the study group,SBP was lower than T0 at T1-T5,T3 and T5 were lower than T1-T2,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).DPB in T1 and T2 was lower than that in T0,T3,T4 and T5(P<0.05).HR was lower than that of T0 from T1 to T5(P<0.05).In control group,SBP was lower than that of T0 from T1 to T5(P<0.05),T5 was lower than T1-T4(P<0.05).At T1,DPB was lower than T0,T2,T3,T4 and T5(P<0.05),and T2 and T3 were lower than T4 and T5 respectively(P<0.05),HR was higher than that of T0 from T1 to T5(P<0.05).There were significant differences in SBP and HR at T2,T3 and T4 between the study group and the control group(P<0.05),and DBP at T2-T5 were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SpO2 between the two groups and the nodes(P>0.05).The time of recovery, extubation and orientation recovery in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The Ramsay scores of the study group at 15 and 30 min after operation were(2.3±0.4)points and(3.0±0.4)points,respectively,higher than those of the control group at(1.6±0.3)points and(2.1±0.5)points(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Dex in general anesthesia gastrointestinal surgery can effectively stabilize the hemodynamics of perioperative patients and facilitate postoperative recovery.
