Effect of Compound Polymyxin B Ointment Combined With Dot Matrix Laser on Acne Scar
Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of compound polymyxin B ointment combined with dot matrix laser in the treatment of acne scar.Methods A total of 70 patients with acne scar admitted to Jinnan Branch of Jinjiang City Hospital from January to December 2022 were divided into 2 groups with 35 cases each by random number table method.The control group was treated with dot matrix laser,and the study group was treated with compound polymyxin B ointment combined with dot matrix laser.After 3 months of treatment,the efficacy,echelle d'evaluation clinique des cicatrices d'acne(ECCA),skin status change,inflammatory factors,positive rate of mites,adverse reactions and acne recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group w a s 97.14%,higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).The ECCA score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the time of scab shedding,redness and pain disappearing was shorter than that of the control group,the positive rate of mites and the recurrence rate of acne were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Interferon-γ(IFN-γ)of study group was higher than that of control group,interleukin-4(IL-4)and soluble interleukin-2 receptor(SIL-2R)were lower than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Dot matrix laser combined with compound polymyxin B ointment is effective in the treatment of acne scar,which can reduce inflammation and injury,accelerate scab shedding,relieve redness and pain,reduce the positive rate of mites and acne recurrence.
