The Effect of Maintenance Control Intervention Combined With Psychological Counseling on Hemodialysis Patients With ESRD
Objective To explore the effect of maintenance control intervention combined with psychological counseling on hemodialysis patients with end stage renal disease(ESRD).Methods A total of 206 ESRD patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University for hemodialysis treatment from January 2022 to January 2023.The random number table method was divided into observation group and control group, with 103 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given maintenance control intervention combined with psychological counseling on the basis of routine nursing. The urea reduction ratio(URR),average urea clearance index(Kt/V)and average packed cell volume(PCV)were compared between the two groups after nursing.General self-efficacy scale(GSES),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the URR,Kt/V and PCV values of the observation group were(66.13±4.28)%,(1.47±0.29)and(31.06±3.24)%,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group(61.39±5.01)%,(1.29±0.35)and(27.63±3.98)%(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of GSES in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the scores of SAS and SDS were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of maintenance control intervention and psychological counseling can significantly improve patients'self-efficacy and negative emotions by formulating standardized nursing measures, timely communication and communication with patients, and thus improve the effectiveness of hemodialysis treatment.
