Study on the Value of Integrated Medical and Nursing Care in Painless Gastroenteroscopy in Elderly Patients
Objective To explore the effectiveness of integrated medical and nursing care in painless gastroscopy for elderly patients.Methods A total of 71 elderly patients who underwent painless gastroenteroscopy in First Hospital of Nanping City,Fujian Province from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into groups by double-blind method.37 patients in the control group received conventional nursing measures,and 34 patients in the observation group received integrated nursing care.Comparative nursing outcomes.Results The blood oxygen saturation of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the mean arterial pressure and heart rate were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the observation group was 2.94%,which was lower than that of the control group(13.51%)(P<0.05).Gastroscopy time,colonoscopy time and gastrointestinal function recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the examination compliance was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of integrated medical and nursing care in painless gastroscopy for elderly patients can help improve their emotions,reduce stress reactions,and improve patient compliance.
