摘要
公立医院作为医疗卫生服务的主要提供者,承担着保障人民群众健康的重要使命,并且具有公益性特点,旨在保障人民健康.党的二十大报告强调将保障人民健康放在优先发展位置,为了实现这一战略任务,应该坚持新发展理念,以人民健康为中心,加强党的建设,推进体制机制改革,推动公立医院的高质量发展.在新发展理念的指引下,积极探索党建引领的公立医院高质量发展路径具有极大的现实意义.基于此,文章从新发展理念的概念切入,阐述了新发展理念下公立医院高质量发展的内涵和特点,分析公立医院党建工作存在的问题,并提出党建引领的公立医院高质量发展路径.
Abstract
Public hospitals,as the main providers of medical and health services,bear the important mission of ensuring the health of the people,and have the characteristics of public welfare,aiming to ensure the health of the people.The report of the 20th national congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes that ensuring people's health is a priority for development.In order to achieve this strategic task,it should adhere to the new development concept,focus on people's health,strengthen Party building,promote institutional and mechanism reform,and promote the high-quality development of public hospitals.Guided by the new development concept,actively exploring the high-quality development path of public hospitals led by Party building has great practical significance.Based on this,this article first starts with the concept of the new development concept,elaborates on the connotation and characteristics of high-quality development of public hospitals under the new development concept,analyzes the problems in Party building work in public hospitals,and proposes a path for high-quality development of public hospitals led by Party building.
