Construction of"T"-Shaped Capability Framework for Emergency Management Talents in Public Hospitals
The study aims to explore the"T"ability model of emergency management talents in public hospitals,and evaluate its feasibility and effectiveness in improving the efficiency of emergency management.Through literature review,the stydy summarized the importance and challenges of emergency management in public hospitals,and reviewed the application of"T"capacity model in emergency management field.Based on the analysis of core qualities and skills,the stydy constructed a conceptual model to reveal the deep expertise("T"ability vertical)and a wide variety of skills("T"ability horizontal)required for emergency management talents in public hospitals.Through data collection and statistical analysis,the study evaluated the current ability level of emergency management talents in public hospitals,and verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the"T"ability model.The discussion part explains the model's implications for the training of emergency management personnel in public hospitals,and discusses the problems and challenges in the process of model construction.Then,the study introduces the practical application and case analysis,and shows the actual effect and experience summary of the public hospital emergency management talent training based on the"T"ability model.Finally,the study summarizes the main findings and contributions of the study,and makes recommendations for policy and practice.The results of this study provide theoretical and practical guidance for the training of emergency management personnel in public hospitals,and provide a direction for further research and improvement in the future.
