Application of Multidisciplinary Medical and Nursing Integration Model in Marathon Medical Security
Objective To summarize the management and practical work experience of multidisciplinary medical integration mode in the medical security of Xiamen International Half Marathon.Methods The management and practical work experience of implementing multidisciplinary medical integration mode in Xiamen International Half Marathon 2022(13 571 participants)were retrospectively summarized and analyzed,including the specific work arrangement and implementation methods of emergency team establishment,pre-support training,personnel allocation and distribution.Results A total of 43 patients were treated,including 26 in general hospital,5 in ICU and 12 under observation.No death occurred.The proportion of respiratory medicine was 13.95%,and the proportion of neurology was the lowest(4.65%).Due to the provision of timely and effective medical security services,the first aid time and MEWS score in the second and third levels of pre-examination triage were within the normal range,ensuring the smooth progress of the competition.Conclusion The multidisciplinary medical integration model can play a good role in treatment,and the defects and problems of treatment can be found through pre-planning drills,which provides the basis and experience for emergency management of high-intensity sports events in the future.
