三氧化物凝聚体治疗牙体牙髓病的临床分析

摘要
目的 分析三氧化物凝聚体治疗牙体牙髓病的临床效果.方法 选取 2020 年 1 月—2023 年 1 月宁德人民医院收治的牙体牙髓病患者 200 例,根据不同修补方式分为观察组与对照组,各 100 例.对比光固化玻璃离子水门汀、三氧化物凝聚体治疗临床效果.结果 观察组总有效率(93.00%vs.70.00%)高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组修补满意度(95.00%vs.74.00%)高于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组不良反应发生率(7.00%vs.21.00%)低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 针对牙体牙髓病可以采取三氧化物凝聚体进行治疗,从而确保治疗有效率,减轻患者疼痛感,降低不良反应风险,提升患者生活质量,患者护理满意度更高.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of trioxide condensates in the treatment of endodontic disease.Methods 200 cases of endodontic patients admitted to Ningde People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different repair methods,100 cases in each group.The clinical effect of light curing glass ionic cement and trioxide condensate was compared.Results The total effective rate(93.00%vs.70.00%)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the pain score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Repair satisfaction in observation group(95.00%vs.74.00%)was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group(7.00%vs.21.00%)was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The trioxide condensate can be used to treat endodontic diseases,so as to ensure the effective treatment,reduce the pain of patients,reduce the risk of adverse reactions,improve the quality of life of patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
