Development of Digital Health Literacy Assessment Questionnaire for Stroke Patients and Its Reliability and Validity
Objective To compile a digital health literacy assessment questionnaire for stroke patients and to test its reliability and validity. Methods Taking the interaction model of e-health literacy as the theoretical framework, the first draft of the questionnaire was formed through literature review and expert consultation. From June to October 2023,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 550 stroke patients in 4 tertiary hospitals in Hu'nan Province. The results were analyzed by item analysis, reliability and validity test. Results The final questionnaire contained 3 dimensions and 19 items.Exploratory factor analysis extracted three common factors(functional, critical interaction, and applied digital health literacy),and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 64.907%.The confirmatory factor analysis model fit well, and the Cronbach's α coefficient,half-fold reliability and retest reliability of the aggregate table were 0.926,0.883 and 0.882,respectively.Conclusion The stroke digital health literacy assessment questionnaire demonstrates strong reliability and validity, enabling the evaluation of stroke patients'digital health literacy.
