Analysis on Communication Improvement for Disinfection and Supply of Surgical Instruments of Hospitals
The article analyzes the existing communication methods,reasons,and characteristics between the disinfection supply center and the clean surgery department,which are upstream and downstream departments of hospital surgical instrument disinfection supply.It clarifies and explores specific improvement practices that can be achieved by both parties,in order to establish and improve effective communication mechanisms.The formal communication method currently used between the disinfection supply center and the clean surgery department has led to the emergence of standardized operations and the integration of internal resources in the hospital,but there are also obvious advantages and disadvantages.Based on the change management model,introducing informal communication mechanisms on the basis of existing official communication models,establishing flexible organizations,advocating communication and change management,can effectively achieve communication improvement,improve communication efficiency between both parties,and effectively enhance the actual benefits brought by the disinfection and supply of surgical instruments in hospitals.
